Role Description

The Purchasing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the procurement needs of our Business Customers, ensuring the seamless supply chain operation vital to our enduring mission. • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize purchasing efficiency and achieve cost reduction targets, aligning with corporate objectives and stakeholders' requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify and engage with top-tier vendors, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, finance, and product development, to streamline purchasing processes and enhance supply chain performance.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships to secure favorable terms and agreements that support the organization’s long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
