[Hiring] Purchasing Agent @Future Tech Enterprise

Role Description

We have an entry-level opening for a purchasing agent who will work quickly and efficiently reviewing and categorizing departmental emails. This is a full-time, India-based, Remote position with work hours that align with the US Eastern time zone business hours. Monday - Friday, 6:00p - 3:00a India Standard time.

• Checking with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and processing the information into our system
• Receiving parts and warranties based on spreadsheets and vendor websites
• Submitting RMA’s and maintaining the RMA queue/process
• Creating purchase orders and buying product online when needed
• Setting up part numbers
• Data entry
• Reviewing, responding to, and organizing a high-volume of purchasing emails

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ work experience in a professional office setting
• A multi-tasker who can work well in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately enter data
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail
• Solid ability to meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner
