Role Description

As a guide, you’ll literally transform and save lives by guiding our clients on their journey and supporting them from intention-setting to integration.

• Personalize each client’s healing journey with empathy, curiosity, and intention
• Lead treatment session prep and integration sessions through Zoom that help clients turn insights into lasting change
• Support clients in choosing integration practices that actually resonate and stick
• Build simple accountability systems to help new behaviors take root
• Act as a trusted liaison to our clinical and support team, answering questions with clarity and care
• Respond rapidly, communicate clearly, and remove friction every step of the way
• Contribute to the development and growth of the guide program

Qualifications

• Mission-Obsessed: You’ve experienced altered states of consciousness
• Experience: You have a track record of professionally coaching clients, cumulatively over 100 hours
• Trusted Facilitator: You are capable of holding space for complex, challenging, and novel experiences with an open, non-directive, unbiased, and warm presence
• Webside Manner: You are thoughtful, compassionate, professional, and on time for your video appointments
• Remote-able: You excel in telehealth - triaging your inbox (and Teams messages), submitting documentation on time, and keeping up with SOP and company updates
• Tech Savvy: You can teach yourself new tools and troubleshoot independently
• World-Class: Fiercely committed to becoming the best at your craft, through science-based approaches and continuous learning
• AI-First: You harness AI to deliver better client outcomes, streamline documentation, and stay at the cutting edge of coaching and psychedelics
