As a Full-Time Proposal Coordinator at CEI Engineering Associates, you will take charge of managing all aspects of proposal production from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and preparing compelling responses to:

• Private sector Requests for Proposals (RFP)
• Public sector Requests for Qualifications (RFQ)
• Requests for Information (RFI)

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3+ years of experience in the professional services industry.
• Hands-on experience with proposal management and collaboration tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Canva for document design.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous approach to proofreading, editing, and compliance to ensure error-free, high-quality submissions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
