Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Property Support Coordinator who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, service-driven environment and approaches challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.

The Property Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting tenants, vendors, and property owners by coordinating maintenance requests from start to finish. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to thoughtfully navigate and de-escalate sensitive situations.

While prior experience with in-home maintenance issues is not required, it is beneficial. Above all, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, accountable, and committed to providing an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests between tenants, vendors, and property owners, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Manage incoming requests through internal software systems, text, email, and phone, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up.
  • Track service requests, timelines, and completion status to ensure all items are resolved efficiently and accurately.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Collaborate with team members to support shared goals while maintaining individual accountability.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and respect while upholding company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, patient, and service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks with accuracy.
  • Experience in administrative support or coordination (property management experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with computers, including Google Workspace tools.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow established processes.
  • Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
