[Hiring] Property Management Virtual Assistant @PropVA

Role Description

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Answer inbound calls from tenants and prospective tenants using the company's phone system
• Register new tenants and keep their details accurate and up to date
• Book viewing appointments, coordinating with the team members who conduct them
• Know the service area well enough to speak confidently about where properties are located, and stay on top of viewing availability as it changes throughout the day
• Log every call, email, and touchpoint in the CRM without exception
• Keep property and tenant records up to date across a portfolio of HMOs and buy-to-lets (BTLs)

Qualifications

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Experience in property management and lettings administration
• Experience in scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management
• Strong phone manner and comfort handling a steady volume of inbound calls
• Meticulous record-keeping habits

Requirements

• Experience using Alto CRM (Nice-to-have)
