We’re looking for a talented Professional Services Consultant to deliver outstanding client solutions. Your role will include:

• Scoping client requirements
• Uncovering customer experience problems that need solving
• Managing multiple project delivery with the added opportunity of global travel

The primary role of the Professional Services Consultant is to provide solution implementation services, integration development, training, and associated consulting. The successful PS Consultant will inspire customer confidence in Vonage's services through:

Your key responsibilities include:

• Directing early solution consideration around gaps/risks
• Actively contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single project
• Creating, reviewing, and managing project direction, approach, and key deliverables
• Leading and directing project implementation activities
• Leading major portions of large or medium engagements and small engagements autonomously
• Deploying NVM/Vonage network monitoring tools onto customer networks
• Auditing customer environments to ensure they meet Vonage technical prerequisites
• Troubleshooting and resolving Network and Telephony settings
• Performing remote and on-site application configuration and support
• Identifying and proactively managing key risk areas
• Performing application discoveries, solution design, and product configuration
• Training customers in the use of the product
• Recognizing opportunities for Vonage to expand its presence in targeted markets
• Maximizing client satisfaction and growth of business
• Continually growing your value by increasing skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Experience of working as an implementation consultant deploying software solutions
• Experience operating in a professional services capacity, ideally serving clients directly
• Knowledge of Contact Center Software such as Automatic Call Distribution, Call Recording, Management Reporting, and Workforce Management
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Contact Center Operations, Cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and VoIP
