Role Description
As our Professional Services Coding Regional Manager you will provide oversight and leadership across multiple facilities with remote, onsite, and global team members. Every day you will hold team meetings and huddles to keep hold managers and staff accountable, engaged and up to date on changes and important updates. To thrive in this role you must have a coding certification and have management experience.
- Engage teams to drive change to meet KPI’s, goals and Pre AR metrics.
- Analyze Pre AR scorecards across multiple sites and identify trends and opportunities to reduce pending coding/HIM deficiencies to meet expected targets.
- Project management and oversight of moving selected workflows to global resources or process improvement of workflows.
- Manage and oversight of day-to-day operations and mitigate risk and issues that may impact patient safety and/or Pre AR.
- Collaborate and work professionally with the client, site leads, medical staff, and clinical departments.
Qualifications
- RHIT/RHIA credential with a CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC, CIC coding credential
- 3 years’ experience in coding operations and management of onshore and offshore coding teams over multiple facilities.
Requirements
- For this US-based position, the base pay range is $57,953.00 - $86,733.05 per year.
- Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
