[Hiring] Production Support Engineer @Capgemini

Role Description

• Own the resolution of critical P1/P2 incidents, ensuring minimal business impact and SLA compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during incidents, escalations, and service reviews.
• Lead RCA activities and drive permanent fixes to improve platform stability and reliability.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless support operations and issue resolution.
• Provide expert support for Databricks, GCP, Airflow, and data platforms, operating independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience on troubleshooting and production-support, supporting Databricks, GCP, and Airflow in production environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage and resolve P1/P2 incidents with a strong focus on SLA compliance.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in Data Engineering platforms, including ANSI SQL and production data pipelines.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with experience coordinating stakeholders and leading offshore support teams.
• Fluent English level.
