Role Description

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Production Support Engineer (Java or .NET, Rest APIs, PL/SQL) for their Remote location.

Qualifications

• Overall 8+ years of IT experience
• At least 5+ years of production support experience
• Experience leading P1/P2 incidents
• Experience with offshore/onshore models
• Prior MedCompass application experience, especially Utilization Management Module
• Prior programming/development experience with understanding of Rest APIs
• Comfortable writing PL/SQL and debugging Store Procedures
• Extensively experienced in troubleshooting issues with upstream/downstream systems
• Good experience working with frontend applications and vendor partners
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Experienced in troubleshooting and creating dashboards on platforms like Splunk, AppD, Dynatrace
• Experience in Health Care Domain, Utilization & Care Management is a plus
• Experience working in enterprise-grade systems
• Highly dedicated, proven lead, hands-on rather than man management lead
• No restrictions supporting off hours or weekends
