Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst with strong experience supporting web and mobile applications in production environments. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in production monitoring, incident management, and observability tools (especially Dynatrace), with a proactive mindset focused on preventing issues—not just reacting to incidents.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in Java and/or Angular, enabling log review, code inspection, and root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams to drive permanent and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Beginner: Basic understanding of tools and concepts; Requires supervision during incident handling; Limited exposure to high severity production issues.
• Intermediate: Independently handles incidents and monitoring tasks; Performs RCA for standard production issues; Understands application behavior and system interactions.
• Advanced: Deep expertise in production operations and observability; Leads complex incident resolution and RCA initiatives; Proactively identifies risks and drives long-term improvements; Acts as a trusted SME for production stability.
