Role Description

We are looking for a capable and commercially driven Procurement Resource to support our procurement requirements for a wide range of materials, products, goods, and services from India and international markets. The person will be responsible for:

• Identifying suitable suppliers
• Obtaining quotations
• Negotiating commercial terms
• Evaluating vendors
• Coordinating purchases
• Ensuring that procurement requirements are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and within the required timelines

This is an output-oriented role. You will have the flexibility to choose your 6-hour working window, provided assigned procurement activities and deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Excellent at negotiation and commercial discussions
• Strong in supplier handling and relationship management
• Confident communicating with suppliers and vendors
• Comfortable negotiating with both Indian and international suppliers
• Strong at comparing quotations and identifying the best commercial option
• Good at market research and supplier discovery
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple procurement requirements simultaneously
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently
• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Result-oriented rather than attendance-oriented

Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month
