Role Description

You will lead structured tenders, gather quotes, and negotiate contracts and terms with service providers. Your day-to-day work involves running procurement processes independently from tactical to operational stages while taking responsibility for smooth workflows. You will analyze requirements in building services engineering, maintenance, and upkeep to derive concrete measures, alongside strategic supplier selection and quality assessment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract negotiation, specifically within facility management or related technical services.
• Structured analytical methods and clear communication with external partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• Ownership of ongoing procurement processes and supplier evaluations for building services and maintenance during the initial weeks on a 6-month contract working 40 hours per week remotely from New York.
