[Hiring] Processor Assistant @LBC Mortgage

Role Description

LBC Mortgage is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Processor Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the mortgage industry and work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• Assist Processors with daily loan pipeline management
• Collect and organize borrower documentation
• Follow up with clients, escrow, title, and third parties for outstanding conditions
• Upload and review documents in the CRM/LOS system
• Help ensure loan files are complete and organized
• Maintain communication with internal teams and borrowers throughout the process
• Support the processing team with administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

• Previous mortgage experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely during US business hours
• Experience with mortgage CRM/LOS systems is a plus
