Role Description

The Processor - Open Enrollment (Seasonal) is responsible for managing various tasks related to medical insurance billing and customer care during the open enrollment period.

• Proficiency in Excel; formula knowledge is not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently assimilate new processes with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in medical insurance billing, coding, or customer care.
• Solid understanding of medical insurance benefits, including deductibles and coverage structures.
• Ability to follow multi-step directions and navigate multiple programs and systems.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills in a virtual environment.
• Attention to detail and comfort with remote computer learning.
• Able to accept constructive criticism.

Qualifications

• Prior open enrollment experience preferred.
• Pass a required assessment within the training period.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm.
• Proficient in computer and typing skills.
