[Hiring] Process Engineering & Business Analyst @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Process Engineering & Business Analyst to analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Conduct process mapping, value stream mapping, and workflow analysis
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements; prepare BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
• Identify automation opportunities using RPA, AI, and intelligent automation tools
• Support UAT planning, testing, and deployment of new solutions
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and process health metrics
• Present transformation roadmaps and recommendations to senior leadership
• Facilitate change management activities and stakeholder communications

Qualifications

• Process Excellence: Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred), Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement
• Business Analysis: Requirements Gathering, BRD Development, User Story Creation, Gap Analysis, Stakeholder Management
• Analytics & Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, SQL, Visio / Lucidchart, JIRA / Confluence, Power Platform
• Automation: RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Workflow Automation, AI / Generative AI, Process Mining (Celonis preferred)

Preferred Skills

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking Operations, Payments, Capital Markets, or Shared Services
• Celonis Process Mining expertise

Location & Work Model

Fully remote within the United States.
