Role Description

Your Daily Tasks

• Privacy Administration
  • Manage and distribute Data Mapping Assessments through OneTrust.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of assessments.
  • Review and consolidate assessment responses for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Data Reporting and Analysis
  • Organize privacy and compliance data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare accurate and professional client reports.
  • Create dashboards to track assessment and project progress.
• Cookie Compliance Audits
  • Run cookie audit tools across client websites.
  • Document cookie audit findings accurately and comprehensively.
  • Verify findings against applicable cookie compliance standards and requirements.
• Team and Client Support
  • Communicate task and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project activities, timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Support timely completion of project requirements and client commitments.
• General Administrative Support
  • Organize and maintain accurate client records and audit trails.
  • Maintain complete documentation to support transparent and traceable privacy operations.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management platforms
• Knowledge of GDPR or other data privacy frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
