Prison Fellowship® is the nation’s largest Christian nonprofit equipping the Church to serve currently and formerly incarcerated people and their families, and to advocate for justice and human dignity.

You will be responsible for equipping and mobilizing local churches to identify and meet the needs of prisoners and their families. You will build relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains while coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry opportunities.

In this key role covering the Phoenix area, you will:

• Develop partnerships with stakeholders.
• Coach volunteer teams to meet ministry goals while promoting teamwork and personal spiritual development.
• Implement and execute ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions.
• 8+ years of sales/territory and relationship management experience.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting and managing volunteers.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships.
• This is a remote position with a 60% travel component mostly within the region.
• Candidate must reside in Virginia to adequately cover the territory.

Company Description

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $56,000 and $60,000.
