Role Description

Provide general administrative support for the Print Team. Support the Print Team’s procurement and operational process initiatives to provide an efficient, successful, and knowledge-based profit center. Assist in the research and implementation of new automated tools.

• Responsible for accurate and timely recording of print estimates in the RFQ log
• Maintain various logs related to print assignments, costs, etc.
• Maintain the Print repository for informative and archival purposes
• Assist in the evolution of the current print process
• Play a primary role in the onboarding of and training for new automated tools

• Take the lead in maintaining various printed-related tools (logs, repositories, etc.)
• Perform administrative duties as needed for the print team and Leadership
• Actively acquire knowledge pertaining to print and the financial reporting
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 11:00 am – 7:00 pm (eastern standard time)
• Can work remotely, but must have access to the office in Manila for equipment pickup, training, etc.
