Role Description

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security in the support, maintenance and implementation projects as Role Admin/User Admin.
• Good experience in defining business requirements & role build.
• Technical expertise in the areas of SAP ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / HANA / BOBJ / S4HANA on premise / S4HANA on Rise / Fiori.
• GRC Access Control support / implementation experience.
• Ability to work independently without any supervision.
• Experience in SoD remediation, Process control, Automations will be added advantage.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
• Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
• Two or three industry domain knowledge.
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.
• Client Interfacing skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Project and Team management.
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
