Role Description

Own and grow a North American specialty materials business with strong brand equity and customer focus. You will:

  • Strengthen pricing, segmentation, and sales execution
  • Advance value-based pricing and portfolio discipline

  • Lead end-to-end performance (quality, reliability, cost)
  • Drive continuous improvement through DuPont systems

  • Build and lead a high-performing team

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a GM or business leader with P&L ownership
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Chemistry, or Business)
• Strong commercial excellence background (pricing, channels, key accounts)
• Proven innovation and portfolio leadership
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams

Requirements

• Preferred experience in polyethylene packaging (food & industrial)
• Lean / continuous improvement expertise
