Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for Portuguese-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our dynamic team based in Greece. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety, accuracy, and ethical standards of Generative AI-generated content. Your work will help safeguard digital platforms from harmful or misleading content and support responsible AI usage.

• Monitor and review AI-generated content in Portuguese to detect and address misinformation, harmful content, and policy breaches.
• Evaluate and analyze GenAI content to ensure adherence to trust and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with AI developers, policy teams, and content moderation units to strengthen safety measures.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain and improve AI content trustworthiness.
• Provide reports on content trends, risks, and safety incidents to inform continuous enhancement.
• Work with stakeholders to promote awareness of safe AI practices and ethical content standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related roles is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong commitment to ethical AI use and content safety.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece within a fast-paced environment.
