Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Polish-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our innovative team in Greece. This role is crucial for ensuring that AI-generated content meets safety, ethical, and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with generative AI content in the Polish language, helping maintain a secure and trustworthy digital environment.

• Monitor and review AI-generated content in Polish to identify harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
• Ensure compliance with trust and safety policies and regulations related to GenAI content.
• Collaborate with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to improve content safety protocols.
• Develop strategies to maintain content accuracy, safety, and ethical compliance.
• Analyze trends and provide reports on content safety issues and emerging risks.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote responsible AI usage and awareness.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related roles is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of generative AI technologies and challenges is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High ethical standards and commitment to responsible AI deployment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
