Role Description

Votre rĂ´le:

  • Optimiser les prestations de soins pelviens.
  • Effectuer des consultations initiales en visioconfĂ©rence avec nos membres cherchant un support en soins de santĂ© pelvienne.
  • Suivre les rĂ©sultats des sĂ©ances d’exercice et maintenir une communication rĂ©gulière avec les membres tout au long de leur parcours.

Qualifications

  • MaĂ®trise en physiothĂ©rapie.
  • PhysiothĂ©rapeute agrĂ©Ă©(e) au Canada.
  • Minimum de trois ans d’expĂ©rience clinique, dont le traitement des troubles musculo-squelettiques, avec une spĂ©cialisation en santĂ© pelvienne.
  • Formation complĂ©mentaire en santĂ© pelvienne, incluant au minimum un cours de niveau 1 en santĂ© pelvienne (ou Ă©quivalent).

  • Excellentes compĂ©tences interpersonnelles, capables de se manifester mĂŞme dans un environnement de travail numĂ©rique, et capacitĂ© Ă  mobiliser nos membres.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  allier responsabilitĂ©s cliniques et engagement envers l’autonomisation des membres, le changement de comportement et la motivation.
  • Forte Ă©thique de travail et capacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer la pression d’un environnement dynamique.
  • AdaptabilitĂ© aux processus en constante Ă©volution, sans crainte d’intimidation.
