Role Description

This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing both physical security systems and internal business tools across venues. The position blends hands-on technical support, systems administration, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency, security, and data-driven decision-making.

This role will work cross-functionally with operations, analytics, food & beverage, ticketing, talent, HR, and accounting teams to support existing tools and assist in building scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and visibility across the organization.

This position is hands-on and execution-focused, with growth potential into broader systems ownership over time.

What This Role Will Do

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of physical security systems, enterprise-level security, and business software such as SharePoint and Tableau.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot all security systems’ components.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance security and venue best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the overall security program.
• Continuously monitor systems performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency to ensure security and venue best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, standards, and policies related to physical security systems.
• Ensure installation of new specific security systems software releases, and/or upgrades, including researching, testing, and implementing new technology.
• Oversee installation of new technology systems.
• Stay up to date on the latest and greatest security system technologies.
• Provide training for full-time employees as necessary.
• Support development and maintenance of Airtable-based workflows and project tracking systems (priority focus).
• Assist in building and maintaining SharePoint sites to centralize documentation and improve collaboration.
• Partner with the Analytics team to support Tableau dashboards and reporting needs.
• Help evaluate and implement practical AI tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Gather requirements from venue operators and discipline groups and translate them into structured system updates.
• Document workflows, create user guides, and support adoption of new tools.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and technical support for internally built systems.
• Monitor emerging technologies and share recommendations for operational improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security and technology support, operations systems, business systems, analytics support, or similar field.
• Demonstrated experience using Airtable (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Exposure to Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and expand technical capabilities over time.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in venue operations, hospitality, live events, or multi-location operations environments.
• Experience supporting internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
