Role Description

Client is seeking a People Soft Technical consultant with knowledge and experience in carve out project - divestiture of a business unit. The selected candidate should be able to:

• Address User issues
• Resolve technical problems
• Manage tickets and product service requests
• Perform needed configuration updates
• Interact with customer process consultants and SMEs
• Perform root cause analysis where required
• Improve processes

Qualifications

• Location for this position is Anywhere in the US. This position may require travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within the United States. Occasionally one may need to travel.
• Demonstrated 7 to 10 years of PeopleTools development - PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, IS experience.
• Strong data migration & carve-out extraction skills using SQL, DMS, ETL.
• Strong knowledge of System Integrations and Batch scheduling using Workload automation tools (Autosys Preferred).
• Experience testing integrations with external and internal systems.
• Ability to redesign and separate integrations using Integration Broker.
• Solid Oracle/SQL database skills for cloning, tuning, backups, and data security.
• Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues.
• Knowledge of integrations with HCM, Time and Labor functions is a plus.
