Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with a focus on the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. This role involves:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Conducting fit-gap analysis
• Mapping data between legacy and third-party interface systems
• Supporting end-to-end testing efforts

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work effectively within a large, distributed team supporting a public sector technology initiative.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a business/systems analyst working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• 8+ years of experience specifically with Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
• 8+ years of experience gathering requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts
• 8+ years of experience performing hands-on, end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Teams in a large team setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a large remote team

Requirements

• Support implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
• Map data between legacy systems and third-party interface systems
• Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to determine feasibility of requested changes
• Perform hands-on, end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
• Support functional and regression testing activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare clear, detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and system changes
• Support training efforts and knowledge transfer for end users
• Work effectively with a large, remote, cross-functional team
• Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
• Participate in team collaboration tools and meetings to ensure alignment on project goals
