Role Description

AgreeYa is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience, specializing in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations. The ideal candidate will independently lead:

• Requirements gathering
• Fit-gap analysis
• System analysis
• Data mapping
• Testing
• Documentation
• Training support

while working with a large remote project team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and fit-gap analysis with SMEs
• Experience mapping data between legacy systems and third-party interfaces
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end system integration testing, including third-party interfaces
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience working with MS Teams in a large team environment
• Ability to analyze business objectives, identify solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis, and document functional requirements
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of creativity and latitude

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with Federal, State, or Local Government organizations (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials (preferred)
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) (preferred)
• Experience with SharePoint (preferred)
• Experience with Jira (preferred)
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile framework (preferred)
• Experience with STAT (preferred)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
