Qualifications

• Your drive to make a difference: You care about more than numbers—you want your work to matter to real patients.
• Team leadership skills: 5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments, with a coaching mindset.
• Self-direction: You thrive independently, managing your schedule and priorities without needing to be in the same room.
• Data & automation expertise: 3+ years in data analytics and a track record of using technology to accelerate collections and reduce costs.
• Poise under pressure: You move quickly, adapt when payer trends shift, and keep your team focused in complex situations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of RCM leadership experience
• Radiology or imaging billing experience preferred
• Expertise in denial management and root cause analysis
• Offshore vendor management experience preferred
• 3+ years of data analytics and automation experience
• Coding experience and familiarity with Imagine systems a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
