[Hiring] Patient Access Staffing Coordinator @Seattle Children's

Role Description

This position is 100% remote in the state of Washington. Residence in Washington is required for this position.

The Patient Access Staffing Coordinator provides tactical workforce planning, real-time support, and analytical insights to ensure appropriate staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center (PAC). This role partners closely with access center operations and leadership to:

• Forecast demand
• Optimize schedules
• Monitor real-time performance
• Support data-driven decision-making

The ideal candidate has a proficient working understanding of the interdependencies between:

• Forecasting
• Capacity planning
• Staffing
• Scheduling
• Adherence
• Service-level performance in a high-volume contact center environment

This position requires the ability to:

• Assess real-time conditions
• Respond quickly to operational disruptions
• Analyze trends to reduce risk and improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in workforce management within a high-volume, multi-skilled, multi-site contact center environment
• OR current Patient Access Center team member with 1+ years of experience and demonstrated capability in workforce functions

Requirements

• Staff scheduling experience (preferred)

Compensation Range

$29.89 - $44.83 per hour

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

This compensation range is specific to Seattle; positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
