Role Description

This role involves providing instruction and support for candidates preparing for Technical Program Management (TPM) interviews.

Curriculum Development: Review and provide suggestions on the Technical Program Management teaching curriculum as per the overall learning objective and industry requirements.
Instruction Delivery: Conduct lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions to teach TPM principles and methodologies using various teaching methods.
Industry Engagement: Stay current with the latest trends in Technical Program Management, engage with industry professionals, and collaborate on projects or internships.
Research and Development: Conduct research in Technical Program Management and contribute to developing new techniques, models, or applications.
Constantly improve session flow and delivery by collaborating with other instructors, subject matter experts, and the IK team.
Assist the IK team in onboarding and training other instructors and coaches.
Engage in regular discussions with IK’s curriculum team to evolve the curriculum.
Willingness to work on weekends/evenings and be available as per the Pacific time zone.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in tier-1 Tech companies as a TPM.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: System Design, Program Planning, Program Execution, Program Monitoring & Reporting, Behavioral Frameworks, Motivation and Core Values, Cross-Functional Cooperation.
Ability to prepare engaging and well-structured content on TPM topics.
Ability to simplify complex topics and explain them in an engaging manner.
High levels of empathy to understand the challenges faced by students and willingness to help them.

Requirements

In-depth technical expertise in Technical Program Management.
Teaching experience and strong communication skills.
