[Hiring] Parliamentary Procedure Specialist @iHealth and Wellness Foundation

Role Description

We are looking to recruit VOLUNTEERS (unpaid) as PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE SPECIALIST. Future Salary would be promised for employees (after seed funding round).

• Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings to ensure they follow Robert's Rules of Order.
• Review the agenda, identify required procedures, and ensure necessary documentation is available.
• Comprehensive understanding of Robert's Rules of Order.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of Robert's Rules.
• Facilitate meeting processes.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes.
• Focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Parliamentary Procedures: Thorough understanding of parliamentary procedures and Robert's Rules of Order.
• Familiarity with Meeting Facilitation: Strong experience in facilitating meetings and guiding discussions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain and clarify rules effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Precise record-keeping and minute-taking skills.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to think on their feet and resolve unexpected challenges.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 4+ hour work weeks.
• Ability to attend weekly standup meeting (conference call with desktop/laptop access for screen sharing).
• HealthTech experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Your first assignment will involve launching a fundraising campaign.
• iHealth will provide comprehensive guidance and resources for the fundraiser.
• Candidates actively seeking CPT/Internships are ineligible for this volunteer position.
