Role Description

Instasks App is a Professional Concierge Service that connects top-tiered professionals with clients through an online platform. Our mission is to help all providers strive to achieve their financial and independent goals while providing elite services to clients.

• Provide instant bookings for quick tasks and large projects.
• Handle invoicing between clients and providers with detailed invoices.
• Track providers' locations for clients en route to jobs.
• Offer a portal for providers to list their professions, manage schedules, and process payments.
• Enable clients to give reviews and star ratings to providers.
• Support providers over the age of 18, and over 21 for tasks serving liquor.
• Facilitate a secure platform for providers to choose tasks that fit their schedules.
• Ensure health and well-being of clients and providers is a priority.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a painter.
• Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
• Aptitude at using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.).
• Good basic math skills.
• Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc.
• Conscientious with great attention to detail.
• High school diploma; successful completion of an apprenticeship.

Requirements

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Reliable and deft with great attention to detail.
• Ability to make on-site preparations, such as building scaffolding and covering fixtures.
• Experience in preparing surfaces for painting by scraping and removing old paint.
• Ability to fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials.
• Experience in mixing paint and preparing the right color or texture.
• Ability to paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.
• Experience in applying varnish and other finishes.
• Ability to calculate costs and negotiate prices.
• Adhere to all health and safety precautions.
