Your Impact in This Role:

• Play a critical role in ensuring timely physician order processing and compliance—helping clinicians deliver uninterrupted patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track physician orders in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines.
• Monitor outgoing and incoming orders to ensure timely signatures.
• Follow up with physicians and offices on outstanding or delinquent orders.
• Support operational teams in meeting end-of-episode deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records in the WellSky/Kinnser Orders Manager system.
• Communicate effectively with Clinical Managers, Directors, and internal teams.
• Participate in daily review meetings to track outstanding documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices.
• Support compliance initiatives and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Some college required.
• Must reside in Florida.
• Home health experience preferred (not required).
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
