[Hiring] Order Management Associate @Danaher Corporation

Role Description

The Associate Order Management is responsible for Customer Order Processing & Invoicing. This position reports to the Sr Manager Operations and is part of the Supply Chain department, located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Customer Order Evaluation:
  • Review and validate customer purchase orders
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company policies
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, customer service, and finance teams
  • Support timely order fulfilment and revenue recognition
• Customer Order Invoicing:
  • Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Validate order details, pricing, taxes, and billing information
  • Support revenue recognition and month-end closing activities
  • Monitor invoice status and address customer billing queries
• Independently handle customer queries:
  • Respond to customer queries through email, phone, or other communication channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information and solutions
  • Maintain clear communication and follow up on open requests
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience in order processing, end to end
• Any Relevant graduation in Commerce / Management
• Order processing Accuracy
• Customer Focus
• Strong communication skills

Requirements

• Previous experience in MSCRM
• Previous experience in Microsoft D365
