Role Description

The Associate Order Management is responsible for Customer Order Processing & Invoicing. This position reports to the Sr Manager Operations and is part of the Supply Chain department, located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Customer Order Evaluation.
• Customer Order Invoicing.
• Independently handle customer queries.

• Order processing Accuracy.
• Customer Focus.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in MSCRM.
• Previous experience in Microsoft D365.
