[Hiring] Oracle EBS Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant @Infosys

Role Description

Infosys is seeking Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant with knowledge and experience in Supply Chain modules. The position will primarily be responsible for application upgrade Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The selected candidate should be able to perform end‑to‑end upgrade activities including:

• Requirement gathering
• Solution design
• Configuration
• Testing
• Deployment

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business processes
• Configuring Supply Chain (Orders, Shipping, Depot Repair, Purchasing, iSupplier)
• Noting lessons learnt
• Sharing domain knowledge with teammates
• Performing mapping for application upgrade
• Ensuring seamless cross‑module integration
• Providing user training of modified forms
• Preparing documentation
• Driving UAT
• Supporting cutover/go-live
• Delivering hypercare

Candidate must have strong techno-functional expertise in Supply Chain modules and ERP best practices, with proven experience of delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrade in complex, multi-site setup.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen (No dual citizenship), valid US Passport or US Birth Certificate and DL with Real ID
• At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education)
• Experience minimum one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx Upgrade - end-to-end implementation
• Strong knowledge of System Integrations and Batch scheduling
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes
