Role Description

The Oracle Cloud Technical Support Consultant provides managed service support across Oracle ERP, SCM and HCM Cloud, owning the diagnosis, resolution, and implementation of technical fixes and enhancements across data, integrations, extracts, and platform components. The role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, covering:

• Investigation of incidents
• Root cause analysis
• Remediation
• Minor change delivery

There is a strong emphasis on:

• Technical quality
• Security
• Performance

The consultant works closely with functional teams and Oracle Support to:

• Meet SLAs
• Maintain technical standards
• Document solutions
• Support end users and internal delivery teams
