Role Description

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant, you will:

• Lead and support the functional design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses) and Projects.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and guide them toward fit-to-standard Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Facilitate requirements, design, and prototype workshops, guiding clients through leading practices for record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and project accounting processes.
• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP applications to align with agreed designs and business needs.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on integration points between ERP and adjacent Procurement, HCM, SCM, and EPM processes.
• Lead functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Provide post-implementation guidance, optimization recommendations, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Stay current on Oracle quarterly releases, Redwood capabilities, AI, and emerging Fusion functionality, bringing relevant innovations and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with responsibility for functional design and configuration.
• Strong understanding of record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and project accounting processes.
• Experience configuring Oracle Cloud ERP Financials applications, including testing and user training.
• Ability to lead client workshops and translate business needs into practical, fit-to-standard Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Oracle Cloud certification is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
