Role Description

This is a 24 month Fixed Term Contract. Make a real impact in healthcare. At InHealth, we support the NHS with innovative services including triage, bookings, nurse-led Lung Cancer Screening (LCS), and mobile CT scanning. We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Operations Manager to lead multiple LCS programmes across the UK - ensuring exceptional service delivery and patient care.

• Lead and manage LCS programmes across multiple regions
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure services meet and exceed performance and quality standards
• Report on programme performance and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to policy development and strategic planning

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations or national screening programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills
• Advanced knowledge of LCS service specifications and KPIs
