Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead to audit, optimize, and automate internal processes for our client. This role is crucial in ensuring their Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment teams operate with maximum efficiency as they scale to meet increasing demand.
- Diagnose inefficiencies & bottlenecks: conduct a deep dive into our current operations and pinpoint what's slowing our client down.
- Revamp our operational systems: upgrade processes to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Automate everything: implement cutting-edge SaaS tools and automation to streamline workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment.
- Transform CRM & data tracking: whether it's HubSpot, Close, or another CRM, you'll build a system that drives success.
- Supercharge growth strategies: optimize email marketing, funnels, and paid ad campaigns to boost lead generation and conversions.
- Collaborate with key teams: work alongside Marketing, Sales, Fulfillment, and Admin to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive measurable impact: increase productivity, improve efficiency, and help take our client to the next level.
Qualifications
- CRM Mastery: You know HubSpot, Close, or equivalent inside and out, optimizing them for peak performance.
- Automation Wizardry: From Zapier to API integrations, you automate workflows like a pro, eliminating inefficiencies.
- Full-Stack Operations Expertise: You've built scalable, high-performance systems for online businesses before, and you're ready to do it again.
- Growth-Driven Mindset: You understand paid ads, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization to fuel rapid expansion.
- Data-Obsessed Optimization: Every decision you make is backed by data, ensuring maximum efficiency at every level.
- Efficiency Architect: You don't just spot inefficiencies; you fix them, turning bottlenecks into streamlined, high-functioning systems.
