[Hiring] Operations Coordinator @Evriwhere

Role Description

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in structured environments, cares deeply about execution quality, and wants to work remotely on real, high-impact operations. This is not generic outsourcing. You’ll be part of a selective team supporting core operations.

• Coordinate and manage workforce performance against defined KPIs
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety across daily operations
• Communicate operational updates, process changes, and shift information clearly
• Manage attendance, absences, rotas, and workforce allocation
• Support onboarding, training, and retraining of workers
• Handle worker queries and welfare meetings professionally
• Maintain accurate records across operational systems (attendance, training, skills)
• Produce daily and weekly operational reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
• Support investigations, incidents, and operational escalations when required

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, workforce management, or similar roles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and operational systems
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Ownership mindset and high standards for quality and accuracy
• Comfortable working remotely with UK-based teams
