Role Description
You are a detail-oriented Operations Associate who has excellent communication skills and time management. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in any way you can. You are skilled at stakeholder management and navigating competing priorities. You have experience in operations, strong organizational skills, and an inclination towards being outcome-obsessed.
- Handle the administrative aspects of corporate software, including conducting follow-up communications and maintaining clean data records.
- Shepherd and enforce corporate policies and processes.
- Develop and maintain essential documentation such as operational playbooks and training materials to streamline processes.
- Accurately enter contact information and other relevant data into our database systems.
- Other financial, legal, and business operations tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong understanding of crypto communities and deep understanding of the communities you're involved in.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, database management, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
