You will support individuals of different fitness levels, helping them improve strength, endurance, wellbeing, and overall health through structured online sessions.

• Deliver online personal training and fitness coaching sessions
• Create simple and effective workout plans based on client goals
• Support clients with motivation, consistency, and progress tracking
• Teach correct exercise techniques and healthy training habits
• Encourage a positive and active lifestyle

Qualifications
