Role Description

This role involves providing innovative therapy through Virtual Reality (VR) technology as part of a telehealth platform.

Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine client suitability for VR programs.
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, including individual and group sessions, via the VR Telehealth platform.
Monitor and document client progress, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
Prepare and send detailed reports (assessment, progress, and summary) to referring parties or stakeholders as required.
Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration.
3+ years’ experience, working across age groups from 10 years to older adults.
Keen interest in digital health, virtual reality therapy, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to professional standards.
Understanding of the NDIS framework and ability to tailor therapy to meet individual client needs.
