We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Norwegian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst position in Bulgaria, based in the heart of Sofia. This is a vital role within the social media industry, dedicated to ensuring user safety and maintaining high content standards across digital platforms.

• Monitor and review user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve reported content violations, including reports of harassment, misinformation, and policy breaches.
• Maintain a safe and positive digital environment for a diverse, international audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine safety protocols and content moderation strategies.
• Stay updated on trending topics and cultural shifts within the Norwegian digital landscape to ensure accurate moderation.
• Provide high-quality feedback to improve the efficiency and accuracy of automated detection systems.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, following strict data protection regulations.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong cultural awareness and understanding of current events in the Nordic region.
• Proficiency in English for reporting and team communication.
• Experience or a deep interest in social media moderation and digital safety trends.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
