Role Description

HPG Brands, a supplier of promotional advertising products, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated NetSuite ERP System Administrator to join our ITS team. As a NetSuite ERP Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system.

• Resolve help desk tickets from end-users within the company, ensuring satisfaction with the resolutions provided and identifying opportunities for further growth.
• Identify, document, and translate complex business requirements and processes into actionable solutions within the NetSuite ERP system.
• Work closely with developers to deploy custom solutions tailored to the company's specific needs.
• Participate in project management activities such as status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change control to ensure successful implementation of NetSuite solutions.
• Configure NetSuite modules, SuiteFlow/workflows, saved searches, reports, and data management functionalities to optimize system performance and meet business needs.
• Provide training to administrators and end-users, write use cases, and perform and assist users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency through the effective use of NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration and administration.
• Proven experience working with and implementing NetSuite in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering custom NetSuite solutions, configuring NetSuite modules, SuiteFlow/workflows, saved searches, reports, and data management.
• Experience in training administrators and end-users, writing use cases, and performing and assisting users with UAT.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).
• Techno-functional is a plus, but not needed.

• Valid, active passport and ability to travel internationally as needed.
