Role Description

The nCino Platform Administrator is responsible for the configuration and ongoing optimization of the nCino platform supporting both retail consumer lending and commercial lending. Serving as the primary administrator and subject matter expert, this role ensures that lending workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The position also performs general Salesforce administration duties, supporting the stability, security, and scalability of the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

• Maintain retail and commercial lending processes from origination through closing
• Partner with lending, operations, credit, compliance, and technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions
• Ensure platform configurations align with regulatory, audit, data governance, and change management requirements
• Optimize system usability, performance, and automation to improve lender and borrower experience
• Provide ongoing Salesforce administration, including user access, configuration, releases, and platform governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology related program or 1-3 years of platform administration experience
• Ability to interpret technical specifications as well as create technical documentation
• General understanding of banking, consumer lending, and small business lending is preferred
• Salesforce/nCino product knowledge is preferred
• Salesforce or nCino certification preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and/or nCino Platform Certification)

• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents
• Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups
• Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use
• Good understanding of the Salesforce/nCino platform capabilities and implementation methodologies
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various metrics within the Salesforce/nCino platform
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation
