Qualifications

• Ideally 3 years of experience in U.S. mortgage operations, preferably in mortgage post-closing or secondary market support
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Snapdocs, and mortgage loan file management, including final loan package compilation, file organization, review, and verification for completeness and accuracy

Requirements

• Review and manage post-closing conditions (pends) received from secondary market investors
• Research, obtain, validate, and submit documentation required to satisfy investor conditions within established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, Shipping, and Compliance, as well as investors and custodians, to resolve documentation deficiencies and outstanding issues
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize outstanding conditions to support timely loan purchases and minimize suspense items
• Track and document condition-clearing activities within the loan origination system or post-closing platform
• Review final loan packages to ensure completeness and compliance with agency, government, and investor guidelines
• Identify recurring documentation issues and recommend process improvements to reduce investor conditions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines
• Assist with quality control audits and respond to internal and external audit requests
• Perform other duties as assigned
