Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mortgage industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with mortgage loan documents and closing terminology
• Experience using Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the mortgage closing and funding process is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple loan files in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• Review loan files to verify all required documentation is received before funding
• Review closing packages for accuracy, completeness, and funding readiness
• Verify that all funding conditions are satisfied before loan disbursement
• Prepare funding requests and coordinate loan funding with title companies and settlement agents
• Utilize Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) to review loan information, update milestones, and document funding activities
• Ensure Closing Disclosures, promissory notes, and other funding documents are complete and accurate
• Communicate with Closers, Processors, Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Title Companies to resolve outstanding funding conditions
• Monitor funding deadlines to ensure timely loan disbursement
• Maintain accurate loan records and funding documentation throughout the process
